Fatima squared was chill. They harassed me but at least the icecream was good. I could tell that Shakira was the head honcho because she asserted her dominance by throwing ice cream at me. I didnt particularly enjoy it when Fatima squared smeared ice cream all over my face and declared that shes the manager of this establishment. I think upper management should give them a raise.

Used to frequent this location to get ice cream to take home. However, since they new owners opened up the pricing is outrageous. What other stores charge $17.99 for they are charging $26.99. You know would think it would be a good business model to price it for repeat business and not gouge one-time buyers.

This was my mother’s and my first visit and we unintentionally stood in the wrong area to place our order. Rather than being politely redirected, the trainee gave my mother a dismissive look which made both of us feel uncomfortable. Despite this, we proceeded with our order and I still tipped for the service provided. My mother remained courteous throughout and even apologized although she had done nothing wrong. As someone with a background in customer service management, I believe this interaction could have been handled with greater professionalism and basic courtesy. I encourage improved customer service training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected!

We just had a delivery of Cold Stone. A total of 3 ice creams for $35. One should have been birthday cake, it came as banana flavored mush. Another should have been coffee ice cream, it came as cookie flavored with bits of sugar cookie. My peanut butter perfection came as chocolate mush with 1 crushed up peanut butter cup. It also should have had peanut butter, peanut butter sauce, and fudge. None of that was on it. Another bright spot was the size we received. We ordered all mediums "love it" size. We received our orders with ice cream in the small size cup that was then placed in the medium size cup. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience with this place. The workers don't seem to pay attention when we go in the actual store, half are playing on their phones, and we'd have to repeat our order 5 times until they understood what we wanted. Too bad that minimum wage went way up and service and quality has never been worse. I'm done with this place. Carvel is the best around anyway. We try to switch it up every once in a while, but no more. Cold Stone lost our business. One of the worst places I've ever been. I'd love a response from the owner of this franchise or manager

One of memory-bring places for me. Still good! (But now I got used to not-too-sweet ice creams.) Feel a little bit overpriced even for "Likeit" with no waffle cone. Staffs were nice!!
